Please join us as we open this extraordinary exhibition featuring work by international artist Lore Bert. The inspiration for this show comes from the celebration of the artist's 85th birthday and the recent publication of a book Walking Through Life, a beautiful and engrossing account of her life as an artist taken from Bert's own hand written notes. Bert remains very active and is being honored this year with several additional exhibitions in Europe. We are so pleased to give our viewers an opportunity to enjoy her newest works and also to see them in context with some additional pieces from her ouvre giving depth and enlightenment to her range of works. Lore Bert, who is based in Germany, has exhibited in Europe, North and Central America, Asia, and Africa. We are very pleased to present her third solo exhibition at Atrium. Lore Bert, Walking Through Life

We are pleased to share the current article in Design STL featuring the Lore Bert exhibition. Please take a look: article. Also, we now have available the recently released impressive book, Walking Through Life. It is a beautiful and engrossing account of her life as an artist taken from Bert's own hand written notes. It includes 1,400 images and with text translated from her writing over three years. This along with several other books featuring her work and projects will be available for viewing along with the exhibition.

Note, featured piece below is one you may recognize as it is composed of images of fleur-de-lis, the symbol for St. Louis. We are so happy to be able to have this in our exhibition.
